The preferred method for Content Owner to deliver Video, Audio and Metadata Assets to Premiere Digital is by Aspera Fapex link, a secure, high-speed data transport delivery method. Content Owners should send a request to their Premiere Digital Account Manager for a private Aspera link by emailing teamwhite@premieredigital.net or teamblue@premieredigital.net. If Assets must be shipped by hard drive, they should be clearly labeled with the Content Owner’s company name and sent to the following address:

If the hard disk is to be returned to the Content Owner, a prepaid shipping label must be included with the drive.
Metadata and small assets can be entered by Content Owners directly into Portal or uploaded by Premiere Digital Account Managers, depending on SLA and partnership terms. This can include Artwork, Text (Closed Captions, Subtitles, Subtitles for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Forced Narratives), Chapter Images, Dub Cards, QC Reports and Scripts. Content Owners should send an email to teamwhite@premieredigital.net or teamblue@premieredigital.net immediately after uploading metadata or small assets to Portal so they can be pushed into the work queue.
