· Deliver HD or SD version (but not both).
· Textless
· You must provide your film in its Native Aspect ratio.
· For HD price point, 5.1 audio must be provided if 5.1 was ever included on DVD or Blu-ray. Stereo audio is allowed if 5.1 has never been created. |
· No up-resed content.
· No FBI warnings.
· No mixed frame rates or mixed media.
· No bugs, text-tos, watermarks, URLs, or call-outs in body of the video content. Text-tos, URLs and cut outs will be eliminated to make it compliant with various Platform specifications.
· No mention of 3D in 2D content (e.g., Spy Kids 3D should be Spy Kids 3 in opening and closing credits).

· If Film file contains burned-in text (subtitles or forced narrative), textless materials should be included at end of file so a textless version can be created (if needed). · No bonus content should be delivered unless requested by an Account Manager (e.g., interviews, behind-the-scenes material, etc.). |

TRAILERS |
1. HD trailers are preferred, but SD trailers are accepted for HD Films.
2. 5.1 audio is preferred, but stereo audio is accepted.
3. Trailers MUST be green band.
4. A clip may be used if no official trailer is available. |
5. No website callouts.
6. No call to actions (e.g., “Buy now”).
7. No release date information (i.e., “Available on 02/20/20”.

8. Trailer MUST be the same aspect ratio as the Film file (i.e. if the Film is in 1.85 but a 1.78 trailer is delivered it will be rejected). 9. Trailer MUST properly represent the content in the feature. For example if the Film is in German with English subtitles, the trailer must also be in German with English subtitles. Questions should be directed to Account Managers. |

TV EPISODES |
· Every episode must delivered in the same, consistent format. For example, all 11 episodes of a series should be in HD or SD, but not a mix of both.
· 720p is accepted for TV content.
