Who is responsible for checking to make sure titles are available on their go-live date and what should be done if a title is missing from a Digital Platform? Content Owners are responsible for checking to make sure their titles are live on each platform. If a title is missing from a platform, Content Owners should first check the date it was delivered from Premiere Digital to the digital platform in question. If the title was delivered from the Content Owner to Premiere Digital at least 60 days prior to Go Live date, Content Owners should reach out to Client Services, who will contact the platform. Client Services should also be contacted at teamwhite@premieredigital.net and and teamblue@premieredigital.net for any irregularity such as incorrect pricing, missing metadata, etc.
How can Content Owners track the availability of titles and optimize revenue on their content portfolio across all global digital platforms? Content Owners may benefit from using Premiere Digital’s STOREFRONT, a powerful SaaS platform for managing global content. Account Managers should be contacted teamwhite@premieredigital.net and and teamblue@premieredigital.net for detailed information and pricing.
