What are the requirements for Closed Captions?
All Film and TV content released on digital platforms in the U.S. and Canada requires Closed Captioning (CC). Films with English subtitles do not technically require CC, but it is recommended that Content Owners provide it, as the subtitles may not conform to CC specifications. Closed Caption files can be emailed to teamwhite@premieredigital.net and teamblue@premieredigital.net or uploaded to Portal via the ASSET tab.
