Content Owners are responsible for checking to make sure their titles are live on each platform. If a title is missing from a platform, Content Owners should first check the date it was delivered from Premiere Digital to the digital platform in question. If the title was delivered at least 30 days prior, Content Owners should reach out to Premiere Digital Client Services, who will contact the platform. Client Services should also be contacted for any irregularity such as incorrect pricing, missing metadata, etc.
